Care Package 4 was the fourth of four Care Package EPs, released by Mayback Music Group, Atlantic and Omarion Worldwide on November 17, 2017.

The final EP in the Care Package series, it contained 4 tracks in total. "Open Up" and "Flight" featuring C'Zar featured more of an Afro Beat production style, while "Soul" and "Been Around" featured Omarion's more laid back Hip Hop and R&B fused style.
